Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. Once your account is deleted, you will lose access to all your data, including:
We strongly recommend downloading your data before deletion. This includes all your business data that you may need for tax purposes, record keeping, or migration to another platform.
Sign in to your SellSyncHub account using your registered email and password. Ensure you have access to the email address associated with your account as you'll need it for verification.
Go to your account settings by clicking on your profile icon in the top right corner, then select "Account Settings" from the dropdown menu.
Before proceeding with deletion, we strongly recommend exporting your data:
Scroll down to the bottom of the account settings page to find the "Delete Account" section. This section is typically located under "Danger Zone" or "Account Management."
Click on "Delete My Account" button. You will be presented with a confirmation dialog that explains the consequences of account deletion.
Note: You'll need to type "DELETE" in capital letters to confirm your intention.
After confirming deletion, you'll receive an email with a verification link. This email will be sent to your registered email address within a few minutes.

Click the verification link in the email to complete the deletion process. You'll be redirected to a final confirmation page where you can:
Temporarily disable your account while preserving your data for future reactivation.
Cancel your paid subscription but keep your account and data intact.
Export your data for backup purposes without deleting your account.
No, account deletion is permanent and irreversible. Once deleted, you cannot recover your account or data.
Refunds are handled according to our refund policy. Generally, prepaid subscription fees are non-refundable, but you may contact support for special circumstances.
Account access is revoked immediately, but complete data deletion may take up to 30 days to ensure all systems are updated.
All marketplace connections are automatically disconnected. Your marketplace accounts remain unaffected, but you'll need to manage them directly.
