3. User Accounts and Registration

3.1 Account Creation

To use our services, you must create an account by providing accurate, current, and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

3.2 Account Eligibility

• You must be at least 18 years old to use our services
• You must have the legal authority to enter into this agreement
• You must be a legitimate business entity or individual seller
• You must comply with all applicable laws and regulations

3.3 Account Security

4. Subscription and Billing

• All payments are processed securely through Razorpay
• Fees are non-refundable except as required by law

Our service integrates with third-party marketplaces (Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho). Your use of these integrations is subject to the respective marketplace's terms of service and policies.

7.2 API Usage

We access marketplace APIs on your behalf using credentials you provide. You are responsible for maintaining valid API access and complying with marketplace rate limits and policies.

7.3 Data Synchronization

While we strive for accurate data synchronization, we cannot guarantee 100% accuracy or real-time updates due to marketplace API limitations and network conditions.

8. Intellectual Property

SellSyncHub and all related trademarks, logos, and intellectual property are owned by us. You may not use our intellectual property without written permission.

You retain all rights to your data, content, and intellectual property. By using our service, you grant us a limited license to process your data as necessary to provide our services.

9. Service Availability and Support

9.1 Service Level

We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may perform maintenance that temporarily affects service availability.

9.2 Support

We provide customer support through email and our help center. Support response times vary based on your subscription plan and the nature of your inquiry.

10. Disclaimers and Limitations

10.1 Service Disclaimer

Our service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

10.2 Limitation of Liability

12. Termination
